Meet Our Dental Team
Patient Care Coordinator
I was born in Palestine, TX, but raised in Tyler, TX. I’ve been living in the Dallas area for three years and love this new journey that I am on (besides the chaotic traffic; I’m still working on getting used to that). I’m the oldest of 6 younger siblings, who I absolutely love!!
As a young girl, my dream was to become a dentist. I knew it was something I wanted to do – I would find excitement in going to get my teeth cleaned every six months, though that may have been because of the toy I got at the end of each visit!
As I got older, I learned that your path in life doesn’t always go as planned, but I decided to give dentistry a try anyways. I got involved in the industry and attended the San Antonio Dental Assistant School, becoming a Registered Dental Assistant. I loved doing that for 5 years. Shortly after, I made the transition to Dallas and I discovered a new path as a Patient Coordinator with Erickson Dental.
The best part of my job is being able to provide a different type of service that most dental offices don’t provide: the ability to work with a team that has the same goal as you. That goal is to ensure each patient has a pleasant visit and is comfortable with their entire experience at our office, from when they walk in the door to when they leave the building.
Outside of work, I am a licensed upcoming Health Coach and am passionate about helping people when it comes to their health. I love spending time with my family and friends. In my spare time, I find interest in reading about holistic health, astrology, and self growth.
Dental Hygienist
I’m happily married to my husband Vic, and we have three beautiful children, twin girls Sierra and Sheridan, and our daughter, Delaney.
I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare, and dentistry allowed me to do so while giving me the flexibility to raise a family.
I didn’t have a positive dental experience growing up, so I understand you might be a little nervous about coming in for your visit. However, you can trust me always to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. After all, I have been in your shoes!
I truly love coming to work as it is like my second home. I think of my coworkers and long-time patients as part of my family.
Outside of dentistry, I spend as much time as I can with my girls. I’ve always been involved in their school and sports activities. Volleyball has taken over our lives, but I love every minute of it!
Dental Hygienist
Growing up, I was inspired by how my childhood dentist helped me maintain and learn more about my oral health. As I became older, I realized I wanted to do the same and decided to go into the dental field.
I consider myself to be a compassionate person that genuinely enjoys connecting with others. Without doubt the best part of my job is building a long-lasting relationship with my patients!
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and traveling.
Dental Hygienist
I was born and raised in Irving, TX. I lived in Toronto (a mother is Canadian) for a while until getting married in 1990. Upon moving back to Irving, I began working for Erickson Dental and feel lucky to be working alongside an amazing dentist like Dr. Erickson.
I have always loved helping people, and in dentistry, I found the perfect way to do so. I believe each patient is unique and, as such, deserves exceptional care. I always take my time getting to know you to establish a genuine connection that allows me to understand your needs and how to serve you.
In my spare time, my husband and I love to travel, and we are total foodies. Every day I search to expand my knowledge of people because, as my favorite quote says, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Dental Assistant
I was born in Dallas and raised in Oak Cliff, TX. My parents are originally from Mexico, and I’m proud to be a first-generation born in the United States. I’m also a mother of four incredible children, JJ, Mike, Lexi, and Mercedes.
When I was young, I had the worst dental experience ever! During my treatment, I started screaming (from the pain), and the dentist began yelling at me, telling me I was overreacting. It is safe to say I swore never to see a dentist again.
To my surprise, I ended up applying for a front desk position at a dental office, but moved into an assistant’s role. I found I was really good at it and what’s more, I absolutely love it.
The best part of my job is getting to know patients, helping you remain calm, and giving you the best dental experience possible (the one I didn’t get).
I am currently in school, getting my prerequisites to go into hygiene school – I’m super excited!
During my free time, I love being with my family, watching sports, working out, and hiking.
Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Irving, TX. I’m still with my high-school sweetheart, Bryan, and we have two wonderful boys, Zakk and Robert. I have worked for Erikson Dental for 15 years now, and I absolutely love my job and our patients!
I first came into dentistry when a friend of mine told me that their office was hiring. I am a people person, so I knew this job would be perfect for me! I hope to continue helping people and making friends along the way for many years to come.
In addition to helping people, I enjoy assisting you on your journey to the beautiful smile of your dreams.
Outside the office, I like to hang out with friends and my family. We love listening to music and going to concerts together.
Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in the Bronx; a middle child among 7 siblings. I moved to New Jersey and started my own family with three beautiful daughters. Later, we found our way to Florida, and now, as empty nesters, my husband and I find ourselves in Texas.
I chose dentistry as a very young lady fresh out of high school. I found my first job at a dental practice and loved the environment. I later proceeded to get the necessary schooling and certifications to become a dental assistant.
Dentistry is a motivation and inspiration for me – the best part of my job is definitely the patients I interact with on a daily basis.
My husband and I love to travel and spend time with friends and family. We have been to many countries, but are fascinated with Southeast Asia and would love to go someday. We also love to salsa dance!
