finance options

In addition to making your dental experience comfortable, we also work very hard to make your financing comfortable as well. We offer several payment options, so you can choose what works best for you.

Payment in full

We offer a courtesy discount of 5% for payment in full by cash or check on services totaling over $500 at the time of service.

Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Smile Advantage

Our office has recently added an in-house dental savings plan for our patients without dental insurance. For more information click here (PDF).

Third Party Financing

Many of our patients find that monthly payments work best with their budget to pay for dental treatment not covered by insurance. We work closely with 3rd party financing companies that extend credit for up to 12 months with no interest, as well as low interest rate plans for as long as 60 months.

  • No interest and extended payment plans available
  • No up front costs
  • No prepayment penalties
  • No annual fees
Check your LendingPoint credit offer

Checking your LendingPoint credit offer will not affect your credit score.

We accept your traditional or PPO dental insurance. We are in-network on Delta Dental Premier and Cigna Radius plans. We do not participate in any HMO, DMO, or discount plans. Dr. Erickson’s treatment recommendations are for your best long term results.

To process your insurance claim we will need your insurance card or form and your signed release. We will accept assignment of insurance benefits once we verify that your insurance will pay us.

If you have dual insurance, we will accept assignment on the primary, but not the secondary. Once your primary insurance company has paid our claim, as a courtesy to you, we will file your claim with your secondary insurance carrier for your reimbursement.

We will estimate your coverage as closely as possible, but until we actually receive payment from the insurance company, it remains an estimate. In the event your insurance plan benefits fall below-up average insurance plan, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the amount covered by your insurance company an our fee.
